Corroventa Ltd

I’ve worked in the restoration industry for over 20 years now, 14 of those years were working for several restoration companies dealing with water damage in residential, sme and commercial buildings, either due to burst pipes or from weather events that are now getting more regular. I first learnt about drying insulated properties back in 1999 but at that time in the UK it was very rare that we actually came across the need to dry this way, but since joining Corroventa 8 years ago I quickly became the leading person in the UK, teaching how to dry these types of buildings and I’m often called upon to give my advice to water damage companies and insurance representatives, due to the fact we now have over 4 million homes built this way due to building regulations.

Introduction into drying modern insulated properties

We will show the audience why you need a different set of specialist equipment to dry modern insulated properties, rather than the traditional type of equipment we often see on the news or what you see a builder typically use, we will also speak about the benefits of drying and sanitising the construction, making sure it’s been decontaminated rather than stripping it out and then sending the debris to landfill.
