Seasoned leader in the IT Software and Services sectors, having held a broad range of senior management positions in the UK, USA and Europe. As a Managing Director in Cisco UK and Ireland, I lead the Architecture Sales and Technical Specialist Teams of Enterprise Networks, Datacenter, Security and Collaboration. I have overall responsibility for the development and execution of our Architectural strategy and go-to-market objectives. I am passionate about attracting, retaining and developing world class talent and building winning teams through developing Conscious Leadership and Relationship System Intelligence.

As a member of the Cisco UKI Leadership team, I work closely with a diverse range of Partners and Customers. I lead Cisco''s Innovation initiatives for the UK and spearhead several of our broader initiatives including collaborative research, start up incubation and acceleration and eco-system development.

I focus on realizing the potential of technology to solve important business and societal challenges, and I devote increasing amounts of time to stimulating awareness of careers in technology to students and to mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs.

Before joining Cisco, I spent 7 years at Siemens Enterprise Communications where I held various international leadership roles, including heading up global Unified Communications business management.

I hold an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and am a Fellow of the Sloan School of Management.
