Following a 32 year career in the Fire Service, Paul now provides Independent Consultancy services to a wide range variety of organisations.
He has extensive senior management experience most of which is at strategic level. A hard working, experienced and effective leader, he has a reputation for a high level of performance and personal integrity. He has considerable operational command experience including 4 declared major emergencies and international work as an EU exercise evaluator.
He has designed and delivered over 50 Water Incident Management courses in his long-standing collaboration with Outreach Rescue.
He has worked with CFOA and DEFRA National projects, including lead and co-authorship roles on flood support and production of National Standards
